friend-zoning guys is horrible. it is disgusting. funzone them instead. send them to a small childs park so they can cry with the other babies when they dont get what they want.

they just sorta stand in the background looking fine as hell until they want something and then they just step up and take what they want
i love how even though its set in a time where women typically had less social standing and power, it didn’t affect the actual characters. each woman is her own character with flaws and strengths and a mind of her own. the women arent just used as prop to further the male characters stories, they are part of the story, and its fucking sweet
